Christy Winston is the owner and principal designer of Winston Dwellings, a full-service interior design firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 20 years of experience in a number of different design disciplines she is evidence that design transcends industry and environment. After a corporate career as the Visual Design Director for LA-based boutique brand, James Perse, she co-founded and sold a successful casual luxury clothing brand. When she turned her energies to raising her three young kids, home became the blank canvas on which she unleashed her creative drive.

At the core of the Winston Dwellings design philosophy is the belief that every home tells a story. A story that weaves in the histories, values and passions of those that dwell in them. While some designers have a heavy-handed approach in the vision casting for a space, Christy’s passion is becoming familiar with her clients so that she can create spaces that feel like “home” to them and reflect the story they want their life to tell.
